The seller/contractor will not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and is not obliged to do so. Due to a legal obligation, we must inform you, irrespective of our participation in an alternative dispute resolution procedure, that the European Commission has set up an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
